The License Department is an administrative department of BMC and issues license in consultation with an advice from other technical advisory departments like, Fire Brigade, Health, Engineering, Estate, etc. In view of this it is necessary for Establishment to take necessary license from License department before starting manufacturing, storage or trade of any commodity/activity. The application must be received from the establishment three months prior to starting the activity.
